A Quick One Page Update...Oh, Sooo Late

Yes, yes, yes - I know I was supposed to update this last Wednesday. If you dropped by to read some wise words of successful writing mommy inspiration, please accept my apologies.

Because I have none. Zilch. Zerio.

The novel writing is simply not happening. I don't know if it will happen anytime soon; I'm so present and necessary in my real world that it's difficult to escape in my imagination to made-up worlds, places, and people.

And although I've downgraded my Twitter addiction to a few check-ins a day, I'm still finding myself busy with blogging and social media. Blogging has become my writing outlet as of lately and I'm fine with that...for now. I'm hoping to ramp up my blogging efforts as well; more on that later.

I do have a very fun non-fiction book idea that I intend to outline and pitch to agents/publishers before the end of this year. I'll keep all you fine readers updated with that progress. Let's just plan that chit-chat for Wednesday's One Page post from here out, m'kay?

This Wednesday, I'll post about how I'm getting started on the proposal with all sorts of useful linkys to help you with writing your own book proposal. Hopefully, they'll help one of us hit a home run and finally land that book contract!
